Pilates, is a series of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop posture, strength,
flexibility, balance, mobility and body awareness.
I have been teaching Pilates in the Forest of Dean since 2003 and the age range of people attending the sessions has varied from between 16 to 82.
The sessions cover Pilates exercises for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, back care issues and everyday exercises for you at home.
